Another new feature was developed through a partnership between the Web3 music portal Audius and the social media platform TikTok. The firm announced the new feature on Thursday, stating that it would enable first-time users of the music platform to quickly register accounts by connecting their TikTok profiles to their new accounts.

In the not-too-distant future, users will be able to integrate their account information and send their TikTok authentication status to Audius in a seamless manner.

Also, users can embed tracks from Audius into their TikTok videos, and the relationship may increase the reach of Audius. Playlists on TikTok are a popular element of the program, and they will assist influencers and producers in making their videos go viral.

As per Forrest Browning, Chief Product Officer & Co-founder of Audius, the company is delighted (1) to welcome artists on TikTok as they connect with Audius's community and capture the attention of celebs on TikTok. Browning said this in an interview with TikTok.

Browning also mentioned that in the past several years, TikTok had become a social-media force that must be reckoned with and that Audius aims to tap into the same space that TikTok has occupied.

Furthermore, for Browning's Audius community, making it simpler for artists to create content is of utmost importance; as a result, the function that allows users to import their verified position from TikTok is all set to draw a larger audience.

In August of 2021, the social media platform TikTok began allowing Audius streamers to add music to the sound library of the TikTok app. At that time, Audius made its first public announcement regarding its partnership with TikTok.

The price of Audius's native token, AUDIO, more than quadrupled following the announcement of the expanded functionality in 2021, increasing the market value to more than one billion.

Nevertheless, the big surge persisted for a short time, and the price as of today is roughly 39 cents, which is around a ninety percent plummet from the price in August.

Company Raised Funds From Prominent Personalities

Also, the platform has successfully attracted the interest of Katy Perry, Nas, and Chainsmokers, all of which participated in the company's $5 million fundraising round in September of 2021.

The Web3 music streaming service added a new feature in July of the previous year that enables fans to submit tips to musicians. This new function was designed to help content creators earn money.

Listeners can send tips to artists who publish music on the Audius platform using the AUDIO token. This is possible regardless of the artist's level of popularity or the size of their fan base.

Those who wish to use the blockchain to share their most unique material with their most devoted followers can do so through a network called Audius. This platform has a reach of seven million users and 250,000 artists.

Audius, in contrast to competing music streaming sites and services, is primarily focused on bringing Web3's advantages to its users. In other words, it is a decentralized platform that allows musicians to pick how they wish to monetize their content.
