Paris Hilton, an American media star, has talked about her fascination with the Metaverse for a long time. The socialite, who is now forty-one years old, has, as a result, conceived (1) a brand-new idea that will be implemented into The Sandbox game and given the name Parisland.

The dating experience offered as part of Parisland by Paris Hilton will serve as a venue for the star's devoted followers to search for romantic fulfillment in the virtual world.

According to a statement released by Sebastien Borget, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Sandbox, the design of Parisland was chosen to foster actual connections and interactions with users. It was constructed in collaboration with 11:11 Media, owned by Hilton.

Cynthia Miller, who is in charge of leading the company's Web3 and metaverse strategy, is certain that users would be able to form strong, natural, and romantic bonds while participating in the experience. She emphasized that the project aims to enable individuals to discover love.

The Sandbox Being Built on Polygon

The Sandbox is currently being built on Polygon. It features several celebrities, such as the rapper Snoop Dogg and the electronic artist deadmau5, acquiring pricey virtual lands in the Metaverse to start their businesses there.

The Terms and Conditions make it quite apparent that users must be at least eighteen years old, even though it could give the impression that the entire Metaverse was designed with children in mind. This is one of the more intriguing aspects of The Sandbox.

Sandbox is powered by the native ERC-20 token known as SAND. Although its value has decreased by 85% over the previous year, it has shown a 42% increase over the past month.

Web3 dating is a relatively new and exciting concept, which comes at a time when people are starting to become exhausted by the monotonous swiping games of Tinder and Bumble. However, there have been several stories of uncivilized harassment that can take place in the Metaverse.

According to information provided by the Center for Countering Digital Hate, it is estimated that "violating occurrences" takes place once every seven minutes in a Virtual Reality Chat.

Before the introduction of the Paris World, Paris Hilton collaborated with Roblox to create the game. Hilton, the great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the company's founder, is a member of the Hilton Hotels family.

This cryptoween ecosystem was constructed virtually for Hilton's Halloween celebration and given the name "Cryptoween."

Users were also allowed to test out virtual cosmetics looks provided by the Urban Decay Brand of L'Oréal. Additionally, Hilton has included a Cryptoween experience for guests to enjoy in the Sandbox.

After the launch of Malibu Mansion in August of last year, the most recent cooperation between Hilton and Sandbox took their existing working relationship to a new level. Through the organization of social events in the digital world, she can engage with admirers in the Metaverse.

The company began the celebrity's engagement with Sandbox a few months ago when it presented her with an Official Sandbox avatar & parcels of LAND that was themed around fashion, music, and animals, respectively.
