Roger Ver in his recent Tweet targeted veterans by saying that it is a euphemism for a retired hitman. He also called “The Draft” as kidnapping and slavery.

The respect and honor a veteran holds after their retirement is the same as they stay in the field. This can be seen as 11th November every year is celebrated as Veterans Day in the United States to honor the veterans and their service in the United States Armed Forces. The day is dedicated to remembering the soldiers that risked their lives to protect the United States in the first world war. However, some people have a different way to remind them and redefine the meaning of the word “Veteran.”

Truth Bomb by Roger Ver

The former CEO of Bitcoin.com and a supporter of Bitcoin Cash (BCH) decided to drop a truth bomb on the people in the form of a ‘hard to swallow pill’ meme saying that veteran is just a sugar-coated name for a retired hitman. This tweet by Roger was enough to offend several people as he received backlash for it with people either trolling him or questioning him what he would do in a situation like that.

It looked like the crypto enthusiast was willing to risk it all as he posts another Tweet saying that “The Draft” is just a euphemism for slavery and kidnapping. This is not the first time the crypto advocate had involved to be a part of a controversy as he got the taste of this in 2002 when he was charged for illegally selling explosives.

No filter honest opinions

Ver referred Bitcoin Cash as the real Bitcoin, and the original Bitcoin was described as Bitcoin Core. This sudden switch made by Ver from Bitcoin to Bitcoin Cash has helped him earn the title of being a damaging force in the crypto industry. Ver is known for being an outspoken person with no filter when he is expressing his opinions to his half a million Twitter followers.
