Jeweler, Actor, and Musician Ben Baller took to Instagram to reveal what he considers his biggest financial regret. He wrote that he once acquired 300 BTC when the leading cryptocurrency was changing hands at $700, which he later sold at the rate of $1000, making a decent profit of $90,000. But at the time of writing 300 BTC are worth more than 3 million dollars.

Ben Baller is not the only celebrity who regrets selling bitcoin prematurely. The famous skater, Tony Hawk, tweeted that he has been riding the wave since last six years and hasn’t bailed yet. He seems bullish about the crypto. Snoop Dogg and 50 Cent back in 2013 announced to sell their albums in bitcoins but did not follow through.

Well-known singer Akon talked about bitcoin on Breakfast Club radio show he said that he believes cryptocurrencies are more stable than fiat currencies. He further explained that unlike government-issued fiat money, Bitcoin is ultimately controlled by the people.

Celebrities investing in bitcoin can be useful to the crypto community as it would make more and more people aware of the cryptocurrencies.
