Gemini crypto exchange co-founders Winklevoss twins recently said that institutional investments from the likes of Microstrategy and Paul Tudor are part of a flow of big money entrances into bitcoin.

The co-founder and the CEO of crypto company Gemini, Tyler Winklevoss, has shared his views about the crypto and its potential for this decade. In a series of tweets, he said that crypto would redesign the Internet as we know it, and crypto will become as essential as email in today’s time.

“2020s will be the decade of crypto.”

Tyler Winklevoss tweeted that As the sun sets on the last ten years, which ushered in Bitcoin and crypto as we know it, it is with great pride that we look back on 2019 and with great excitement that we look forward to what’s to come. He added that there is no doubt that the 2020s will be the decade of crypto.

“Crypto makes decentralization possible.”

Tyler Winklevoss noted that crypto is still a niche technology and form of money. He further said that crypto is not crucial to your everyday life the way email and other web applications are, but our thesis is that this will change. It is already changing if you close enough, he added. Tyler Winklevoss believes that within this decade, crypto will redesign the Internet, the financial system, and money in a way that fosters and protects the rights and dignity of the individual.
