Pavel Durov denies SEC claims regarding the ICO of TON.

The US SEC has charged Telegram and its CEO Pavel Durov for conducting an illegal ICO. SEC has alleged that ICO sales would help Telegram pay for servers. In an 18-hour deposition, Durov disputed such claims put forward by the SEC. Durov claimed that from the beginning, he has been funding Telegram with the proceeds from the sale of Russian social network Vkontakte.
