Google’s new advertising video of its new Google Assistance Tool showcases two of the Google presenters arguing over the authenticity of cryptocurrencies.

The video demonstrates the Caller ID Function which turns out to be a small discussion over the cryptocurrency as money.

In the video, one of the presenter’s mobile phone shows an incoming call from an electric company which is indicating that his electricity bill is very high on which the presenter responds saying “cryptocurrency mining takes a lot of energy”.

On this, the other presenter argues by saying “cryptocurrency? That money’s not real”.

After this the first presenter again replying by saying “I’ve got news for you, money isn’t real”

In the end, the second presenter again responds by saying “you gonna live that lie?”

Is Google trying to promote digital currency especially focusing on cryptocurrency in the Call Screen Introduction video? Does this indicate a new wave of cryptocurrency adoption?
