After claiming to have spent the past month trading cryptocurrency, Joseph Kahn has made a profit of roughly $450. The music video director revealed that he had spent the last month trading crypto assets. A screenshot shows Kahn’s portfolio to be valued at $7,949, with the hobbyist trader claiming to have gained 6% since investing $7,500 one month ago.

America’s one of the longest-running TV shows the Simpsons dedicated a part of its episode to explain what cryptocurrency is and how it works. Professor Frink introduces cryptocurrency to Lisa Simpson via Jim Parsons in the 13th episode of the hit series’ 31st season. There have been several instances of when bitcoin was exposed in mainstream media to masses. Recently, the award-winning Harry Potter author JK Rowling showed her interest in the working of bitcoin, and industry giants rushed in to explain it to her.
