Celsius Network today announced that US-based users now would have access to services. The Network withdrew its services from the US earlier this year to do a full review of its token with outside counsel. The decision was said to be voluntarily and not because of any regulatory reasons.

Jeremie Beaudry, Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Celsius Network, said that they are happy to be able to provide  US customers access to CEL utilities once again. He also mentioned that they appreciate the patience of users as they opted to take the time to investigate the token thoroughly.

Recently Celcius Network announced its one year result since its launch. The company has claimed to be the largest provider of interest income and coin loans in over 150 global jurisdictions. The company is known for its strict guidelines, since the start users have to provide KYC before availing any services. The company said that its foremost responsibility is to protect its community and provide the best services possible.

The review was conducted by three different outside law firms that examined all regulations and made sure that Celsius Network stays secure under all situations. After the report, the company has also updated its terms of use and has narrowed down its description of how its services are provided and in which part of the world.
