The volatility of BTC continues to shock traders as the price of the leading cryptocurrency once again retracted below $8,000 today. Earlier, several trend analysts had warned of a sudden fall in the price of BTC. The price is still expected to retract further as a top trader at BitMex, AngeloBTC reckons the price would go on to touch $6,000.
Later last month, the price of BTC fell down from around $9,500 to below $8,000 in just the space of 24 hours. Since then, the price of the leading cryptocurrency has failed to maintain any upward momentum. If BTC goes on to touch the $6,000 mark, it would have to fall more than 50% from the yearly highs.
