Google recently published its annual search query statistics for 2018-2019, and it was seen that the keyword Bitcoin had surpassed the keyword “Stocks” on Google trends. In the previous year, the search for term Bitcoin had declined, but recently it has been in the limelight again.

After 2 years, the search term Bitcoin has finally surpassed Stocks on Google, even though it exceeded by a small volume but it’s a win for Bitcoin. Along with this, the most asked question of the year was also about Bitcoin is “What is Bitcoin?”.

Recently we have seen a trend of people looking up Bitcoin and investing in it. A lot of people have come forward who owned bitcoins, and there has been a rise in the popularity of Bitcoin. With social media influencers and investors promoting the use of Bitcoin, governments raising concerns about Bitcoin-all this helped Bitcoin to remain as one of the trending topics in the world.

People have started seeing bitcoin as an investment, and all the good-bad publicity lead to the rise of bitcoin. The push so high that it made it one of the most searched terms on the internet.
