In recent news, cryptocurrency exchange platform-Bitfinex has announced that all their services will be temporarily unavailable on 1st August because of regular technical maintenance. The work will begin at around 9:30 UTC and will take approximately 2-3 hours.
The trading and wallet options will not be available on both Bitfinex and Ethfinex. To avoid any complications in the funds or forced liquidations, the company has asked the users to check their margin positions. This year in July, Bitfinex announced that it would spend around 27% of margin trading fees to buy UNUS SED LEO tokens which were issued to cover the $850 million, which were frozen in accounts of company Crypto Capital.
