Binance exchange donates $1 million in BNB to Australian Bushfires.

One of the largest crypto exchange Binance has announced to donate $1 million to the Australian bushfires that has displaced and killed a lot of animals and humans.

As climate change continues to get worse, the conversation about it has also elevated. Earlier, Justin Sun, the founder of the Tron Foundation, offered $1 million to Greta Thunberg’s initiative. The Australian bushfires that have been going on for a while have gotten much worse, and it has killed more than half a billion wildlife species.


Binance CEO calls the whole crypto community to join in and donate to the cause.

Binance CEO, Changpeng Zhao said that “It is painful to see the bushfires burning across Australia as well as the devastating effects on the ecology and the local community. We want to help this urgent crisis.” He added that donating for the Australia bushfires charity program is the most direct and effective approach to make an impact, and we are also calling for the whole crypto community to join us in supporting Australia.”


Bitcoin address made public to donate Australian bushfires.

As reported earlier, a bitcoin address has been made public to donate bitcoins directly to the Australian bushfires. These fires have been one of the worst calamity ever to be faced by the Australian continent. Every contribution will directly go to the local fire fighting department. Binance has donated $1 million in its own cryptocurrency BNB.
